Credit/Debit Card Fee Adjustment Effective Dec. 31, 2025

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change regarding credit and debit card payment processing fees through CINC.

Effective December 31, 2025, the convenience fee for credit and debit card transactions will increase slightly from 3.25% to 3.50%. Please note that this change only applies to new AutoPay setups created on or after December 31, 2025. If you already have AutoPay configured prior to this date, your current setup will remain unchanged.

We encourage you to log into your homeowner portal at lswpm.cincwebaxis.com to review your AutoPay settings. Please verify that your payment frequency, amount, and method are accurate and up to date.
