Maintenance Reminder - What Homeowners Need to Know

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our neighborhood looking its best, the Association is currently sending out friendly maintenance reminders. These notices are simply a courtesy and are not fines.

Here’s what to know:

• This follows the communication sent earlier this year advising that compliance reviews would begin after June 1st.
• Notices are meant to provide a helpful heads-up about items that may need attention.
• Homeowners have until October 1, 2025 to make any necessary corrections.
• Should you require additional time due to vendor scheduling, please reach out to the property management team.
• The goal is to support a clean, well-kept community that we can all be proud of.
