Gate Repairs Update

We want to inform you about upcoming gate maintenance that will begin this Friday as part of our efforts to maintain and improve the community’s infrastructure.

What to Expect:

• Friday: Both vehicle gates will be removed and transported to The Bob Davis Fence shop.
• Weekend Work: Crews will replace rusted pickets, power wash, and repaint the gates.
• Rear Pedestrian Gate: The keypad will also be repaired during this time.

Next Week:

• Tuesday/Wednesday: Gates will be rehung.
• Wednesday/Thursday: Painting of the stationary gate sections will take place.
• Final Step: Gate operators will be reinstalled, which typically takes one day.

If all goes as planned, the full project will be completed by Friday, July 18th.

Looking Ahead:

Once repairs are complete, we will be implementing a quarterly maintenance program to proactively service the gates and keep them in the best possible condition moving forward.
