• Painting Bricks on Homes

  At the last Board meeting Management presented the First Supplemental Certificate and Memorandum of Dedicatory Instruments that spoke to painting of bricks on homes in the community. Such policy was reviewed and approved and recently has been adopted and recorded and is now an official policy for the Association.   We want to take this opportunity to introduce to you Legacy Southwest Property Management, LP’s newest manager, Tonya Martin. Tonya may be new to LSW, but she is by no means new to the industry, having 18 years’ experience working portfolios, on-site, age-restricted, master planned, multi-use, townhome, and condominium associations.
